JD McCrary a fan of the 1994 classic stated "It was amazing finding out when I got the role because it is such an honor just to be part of a Disney movie at all," he admitted. "But being part of one of my favorites, The Lion King, and playing young Simba in the movie is a huge blessing. When I found out I was just so surprised." After the initial shock sunk in, he realized that him and Young Simba have many similarities. "My favorite part about playing young Simba was just being able to be myself during the movie. I didn't have to change my voice because my voice is naturally that high and I can really relate to Simba, so I didn't really have to act too much because I look up to my dad just like he does and we both have scary uncles," McCrary joked. The Disney logo has a hand-drawn animated design and resembles the 1960s Disney logo, the same design used in Jon Favreau's previous Disney film The Jungle Book (2016). See more »
Disney remaked this film with the same plot and the same story with the same characters! But the only difference is that it is not an animation! As if they were bored and suddenly someone said hey! Lets remake The Lion King, but this time lets make it a "live-action" ! and the rest is trash
Please disney stop remaking and start creating!
