Pop Culture Thoughts
1 December 2018 | by popculturethoughtsSee all my reviews

Netflix's reboot of the famed cult television show is off to a great start with its first episode, riffing on the cheesy 1961 horror yarn "Reptilicus." While the movie itself is virtually unwatchable, the show's jokes are on target from beginning to end, and the cast seems to be having the time of their lives participating in the reboot, in particular Patton Oswalt. Enjoying this episode depends on the viewer's affection for failed horror movies, but luckily I've been fascinated by all things horror most of my life, so this was a treat.
