Storyline

Seneca's Day is the fourth feature film by K. Vildziunas. Previous works by the director, "Lease Contract", "I Am You", "When I Hang you", These films featured in dozens of world festivals, including the most famous international Venice, Cannes festivals The action is on the eve of the restoration of Lithuania's Independence and today. Several eighteen years ago, the Seneca Society was founded in the last years of Soviet rule, whose members' motto "Live every day as if it were the last". According to director film is about the ability to overcome inertia, about the efforts to perceive hope in everyday life, despite grievances, losses and fears. music group "North Direction", one of the leaders of which was K. Vildziunas, was organized specially for the recordings of this film's soundtrack. songs, created in 1986 - 1989. The film will feature the work of the famous Estonian composer Arvo Pärt "Pari Intervallo"
