More than a sequel a great follow up !
5 January 2018 | by clibettaSee all my reviews

Despite the limited budget an Italian movie can have, the second episode of the Invisible boy saga (as Salvatores call it) is a solid and entertaining follow up of the first one. The story choices are not obvious and the way the plot itself is developed shows the director and the writers knew what they were doing. Excellent add-on with the twin sister, a powerful and enigmatic character that confirm the "coming of age" theme that we have seen in the first movie. Many reference to other Superheroes movies (X-Men above all : the guys with superpowers call themselves Gli Speciali), but again with a special (Italian?) touch. Great special effects (considering the budget) and great locations. A special mention deserves the music score.
