Disappointing, slow, and anticlimactic...
17 March 2019 | by benjaminharmanSee all my reviews

First of all, this is a French language film. That didn't effect my rating, but it's something viewers should know from the get-go.

With its name and cover art, one would expect some racy sex scenes and nudity. Don't. You will be sorely disappointed. It offers neither. Had it, that might have been its saving grace.

What we're left with is a cliche, excruciatingly slow-moving story about a guy who at his bachelor party gets hand-cuffed naked to a light pole who then gets rescued by a gay guy (a gay guy who miraculously finds a clean pair of white boxer shorts on the street in middle of the night and has the ability to pick the locks on authentic police handcuffs with supersonic quickness), leading to him to question his sexuality. The bachelor cries unconvincingly in the bathroom in one part as he gets over the hump of getting it on with his rescuer. Who the hell knows where his best friends that cuffed him to that pole went? They apparently wanted him to die of exposure. That's pretty much it.

I gave it two stars instead of one because the actors were good-looking and the cinematography is pretty decent, meaning it doesn't look like it wasn't filmed with somebody's home video camera.
