Storyline

Though officially suspended Nancy suggests to Michelle that fake drugs, not guns, are the real missing cargo for which Frank was killed and breaks into the yard to gain evidence, which she does despite being threatened by Nash. She visits Tate for information on Darryl's full involvement in Frank's criminal activities, making the young ex-soldier now the prime murder suspect, but before she can warn Hayley, Nancy is taken by Nash. A stand-off on Brighton pier reveals which - if either - of the two men killed Frank with Michelle ultimately keeping Nancy's secret and Hayley making a surprising proposal. A great last episode.
24 February 2019 | by Sleepin_DragonSee all my reviews

This superb series concludes with an excellent final episode. One that very much puts Nancy centre stage, personally and professionally, she deals with demons at work, and demons within her own family, a truly excellent performance.

Even half way through this episode, I was left totally perplexed as to who the guilty parties were, but the writing has been so good that it's not all as simple as black and white.

Smart production values, and great music throughout.

The acting was brilliant, the whole cast were terrific, Lindsey Coulson, Amanda Burton and Joe Absolom, Karla Crome steals the show though.

Totally non predictable ending, a real rollercoaster. 9/10
