The story of Dick Cheney, an unassuming bureaucratic Washington insider, who quietly wielded immense power as Vice President to George W. Bush, reshaping the country and the globe in ways that we still feel today.
Six strangers are given mysterious black boxes with tickets to an immersive escape room for a chance to win tons of money. Being locked in several rooms with extreme conditions, they discover the secrets behind the escape room and must fight to survive and to find a way out.
I love how the escape room veteran Danny reminds the audience how lame escape rooms are to contrast it with the real life escape room with actual consequences we get in this movie. It makes the entire movie more fun as you watch the characters solve the puzzles as they try to stay alive. I also liked the fact that the six members of this party were not all kids, something that you certainly could have had in a PG13 suspense film. I thought all six of the characters were good, but I really enjoyed Deborah Ann Woll (Daredevil), who I thought added some gravitas to, again, a PG13 suspense film. It's a fun movie.
