Trivia
When Colin Morello is running for congress as a Democrat, the opposing Republican candidate is a white supremacist and neo-Nazi. This development is based on a real story from Illinois politics. In 2018, when Democratic congressman Dan Lipinski was running for reelection to the the U.S. House of Representatives from Illinois's 3rd District (which includes parts of Chicago's South Side and some abutting suburbs) the Illinois Republican Party was unable to find a legitimate candidate to run against him. In that vacuum, the person who qualified as the Republican candidate for that race was Arthur Jones, a self-proclaimed Nazi who had long been open about his hatred for Jews, African-Americans, and LGBTQ people. Lipinksi did win his election by a 74 percent margin, but that still meant that Jones received about 58,000 votes (roughly a quarter of the votes cast in the district).

Love the show, but I hate the cartoon shorts. It totally interrupts the flow of the show. Otherwise great actors, great show.
