More and More Personal
21 October 2017 | by HitchcocSee all my reviews

The next interview is with a man who has a thing for shoes. They are central in every aspect of his life, beginning when he was five years old. He killed five women and shoes played a part in some way. He is much more in the faces of the two agents. Wendy confronts them, saying they are ruining the study because they are creating things that are not part of the control of the research. They are lying to get him to admit to aberrant behavior. But most importantly, we are witnessing the baggage that each person has. Wendy, when not working, is extremely lonely. She has taken to bringing tuna to a cat that lives somewhere in the wall of the laundry room. Bill and hid wife finally have it out about his job (he should have confided long before this) and his concerns about the little boy. Holden has an uncomfortable moment when Debbie sets up a sexy evening. She puts on a killer negligee and he is repulsed because it "isn't her." There are all sorts of things going on in the heads of these people.
