A filmmaker discovers a box of video tapes depicting two students' disturbing film project featuring a local horror legend, The Peeping Tom. As he sets out to prove this story is real and release it as a work of his own, he loses himself and the film crew following him into his project.

The viral marketing campaign for this film was so successful that the "Blink Man" legend was included in a book on local folktales, called Haunted Ellicott City by Shelley Davies Wygant. After the book was published, director Erik Kristopher Myers reached out to the author to let her know that he had concocted the legend as a marketing campaign for the film. Despite Myers' concern that she would be angry, Wygant said that, "I thought it was genius." See more
