Well funded, entertaining, put together terribly...
10 August 2018 | by unanumaSee all my reviews

Yeah, I just lifted it up and knocked it down. That's how I felt as I went through about 80% of this show, and finally came to a realization to give it a not so good review!

I started off thinking "man this show is great!" but I realized how fast the episodes were going by, and practically repeating stories!

I will mention the pros and cons...

Pros:

  • Good music/video editing/camera work etc

  • Real people in the cases

  • Decent recreations

  • Good narration

Cons:

  • Practically repeating stories

  • Terribly short shows! It should have like 10 min extra of dramatic recreations, the stories are cut short after I feel like they just get started. Each episode is just 22 minutes(roughly). Most drama shows very similar to this are 40 min episodes!

  • Same "experts" being interviewed for almost every show ... Good shows tend to diversify a little more with their expert opinions

Anyway it's a fairly decent show, and I'll finish watching it, but I'm annoyed at seeing the same story being almost repeated ... Blah
