Goofs

In the English dub, the "Shinsengumi" and the "Mibu Wolves" are referenced individually as if they were two different clans. In reality, "Mibu Wolves" was a nickname given to the Shinsengumi because they banded together in packs, like wolves, when searching for suspects plotting against the shogunate and patrolling the streets of Kyoto. Mibu was a village south of Kyoto, and was the place where the Shinsengumi was stationed. See more »

Short and Simple Review by WubsTheFadger

The story has me very confused. Once again, I cannot tell which character which and the very dull voice acting pulls me away from the story. The fight scenes and gore are still great and the story does have some good aspects to it.

Pros: Interesting story and some good fight scenes

Cons: Very dull and stiff voice acting, a confusing story, and slow pacing in this episode

Overall Rating: 7.8
