And he looks exactly like him. What is a big support for him in the beginning, turns out to get the worst horror. He looses control over Eddy and nobody believes him that it is not him, doing all the atrocities. How to prove someone who used to be a product of your own mind is alive?
This is a mystery thriller and I had the pleasure of watching this at Frightfest. Performances are good and the movie has two directions to go with what it sets up. It has quite a few flaws (many things are too convenient and some question could've been answered way earlier in this, if some common sense was applied.
But if you oversee the flaws in that department and just go along for the ride, this really has the tension and the set up to work. Whatever the answer to the question of the movie is (and I won't reveal that) it can be considered a "twist". And I say that because as mentioned above, it's one or the other, so you can't say I knew all along ... there's evidence for both cases ... until there isn't. Does that sound intriguing? Then just watch and enjoy
