Grant Achatz - A Gastronomic Genius !

Do yourself a favor and stop whatever you maybe doing right now and watch this 50 min episode of one of the greatest chefs in human history and his life story in this masterpiece documentary.

I was previously aware of Grant and his exploits with being one of the best chefs in the world and owning one of the worlds greatest and consistently highest rated restaurants - Alinea in Chicago, IL, USA, however, i was truly shocked and taken aback by his diagnosis and following struggle, with Tongue Cancer.

Now that he has been given another lease at life, the world of food is literally at his fingertips for this all time greatest gastonomic genius of our times. This is one of the greatest episodes about food i ve ever seen and one of the greatest documentaries i ve ever seen as well.
