Daisy Ridley
20 July 2019 | by KirpianuscusSee all my reviews

She is Ophelia. And her hard work for that is meritorious. It is a beautiful film. And its basic idea is more than seductive. But it has a small- great sin- it is not convincing. The first part can be defined as a good promise but the second seems run to finish. Something becomes wrong. The drop of "Romeo and Juliet", the sentimental embroidery and the revenge webb, the thirst of revenge. And the dialogues. Yes, it is a beautiful film and far to be a dessapointment. But it deserves be better. The gift, surelly, the noble effort of Daisy Ridley to sustain a role who, in few moments, seems a dress superficial made.
