Storyline

Barry and team are surprised when Mon-El and Hank Henshaw arrive on their Earth carrying a comatose Supergirl who was whammied by the Music Meister. Unable to wake her up, they turn to Team Flash to save her. However, the Music Meister surprises The Flash and puts him in a similar coma, one that Team Flash can't cure. Kara and Barry wake up without their powers in an alternate reality where life is like a musical and the only way to escape is by following the script, complete with singing and dancing, to the end. I would have watched Glee instead.

I'm not trying to be hateful and I like this show a lot. On the other hand, this episode was really a disappointment for me and it diverged from the story line. Besides, the episode couldn't even deliver emotional fulfillment. I couldn't even feel something during the episode but instead I had been thinking about how bizarre this was. It's not like I want whole show to be composed of action scenes, excitements, thrills but at least deliver ideas without changing the show into a completely different material.
