This is what a great film looks like..

A young man determined to be a military hero, ends up on a misguided adventure with his family and new friend Tally, which leads him to the most unlikely realization of how he can courageously "save lives." Sun Dogs starts a bit slow i'll admit that but the amazing perfomances from it's cast especially Michael Angarano, Melissa Benoist, Ed O'Neill and Allison Janney are life changing, the beautiful messages about finding what is important in life and how to save lifes in a different way was so spot on and the perfomances were top notch, the humor was also great and i loved the ending and the step dad - son relationship was one of the best elements from the film and Jennifer Morrison showcases true direction potential with her directing debut.
