Did You Know?

The video of Annalise slapping her client from the previous episode is referred to several times as assault. Technically, she committed battery; though it's a fine line, assault is the threat or attempt to cause physical injury, while battery is when such contact is actually made, and as a lawyer, Annalise would know the difference.
