Storyline

When a lone gunman opens fire outside a gentleman's club, medics race to save the lives of the wounded as police unravel a story that includes exotic dancers, a high-stakes game of flying cash, and an NFL sports hero with a long arrest record. A street performer's test of daring goes awry when he inadvertently drives a six-inch nail through his foot. But before paramedics can treat him, they first have to find him on one of the wildest streets in Vegas. T.J. Lavin is the hometown hero who put BMX on the map. But when a death-defying stunt at the championships turns deadly, it's up to UMC's trauma team to bring him back from the brink.
