Notorious criminal Frank Griffin and his gang of outlaws are on a mission -- get revenge on Roy Goode, a former protege who betrayed the brotherhood. On the run, Roy seeks refuge in isolated mining town La Belle, N.M., where he lives with Alice Fletcher, a hardened widow and outcast. There are some formidable reviews here that truly I cannot add to except to say then I am my Pappys daughter ! Literally brought up at his knee to watch almost every western that came out late 50s and beyond So I am at the minimum a diehard fan and that has been difficult for me in the past 30 years or so and I search I truly do and during this pandemic I've had more time and more arenas to search in!! Alas not too much luck and then I lighted upon this ! It is simply outstanding and it does bring the old westerns up to the modern attitudes and it's completely mesmerizing! kudos
