Goofs

Dr. Charles places a patient on an involuntary psychiatric hold because he (Dr. Charles) believes the patient has already tried to commit suicide. The patient is placed in a locked room for psychiatric observation; yet he is allowed to retain his necktie, his belt, and his shoelaces. There is no way a patient under psychiatric observation for having attempted suicide would be allowed to keep these personal items, which he could use to hang himself. See more »
