Storyline

A young rock band, half from England and half from the US, drop out of college and move to the Sunset Strip to chase their dreams. Living in a van, their passion and talent exceed their means to survive. An enigmatic stranger sees their true potential and emotionally manipulates them during a time of weakness. Caught in the middle of a Faustian deal, their music and controversial altercations end up influencing society beyond anything this century has seen, but can they take back control of their destiny before it's too late? Surprisingly Enjoyable
30 July 2018 | by sg-13868See all my reviews

I stumbled on this movie by flipping through channels on showtime. Really enjoyed, loved the cinematography, also love Malcom McDowells performance. Took me back many years ago to the Rock N Roll lifestyle and LA. Very watchable if your over 40. Most of the negative reviews i'm sure are from hardcore metal guys or the less than 30 year old guys that sit around jerking each other off while listening to imagine dragons or mumford and sons.
