New Yorker and new doctor Zoe Hart accepts an offer from a stranger, Dr. Harley Wilkes, to work in his medical practice in Bluebell, Alabama. She arrives to find he has died and left half the practice to her in his will.
I was a big fan of the original series. I was looking forward to "GG:A Year in the Life"so much that I invited my sister and a couple of friends over for a girls night.... It was a HUGE disappointment. Not because our expectations were high. They weren't. There just wasn't much of a story line. So many pointless moments - especially any second spent on Rory/ Paul. It dragged on so much that we didn't even watch the last episode. I can't list everything that wasn't good about it because there isn't enough space to do so. I'm still a fan of the original show. Always will be. But I wish I hadn't wasted time watching this. It was really bad. I didn't even feel nostalgic seeing all the characters I once loved. I was too bored to feel anything else. At the very least it needed a little more Dean and Jess and a lot more Sookie (or a least a better story line/ reason for her character.) I hear the 4th episode -which I couldn't bring myself to watch because the first 3 were so bad - was a cliffhanger... No thanks! R.I.P Gilmore Girls
