Justin recovers and Scarlett staggers out of the hut with a piece of wood stuck in her shoulder. Justin calls Tori for advice and looks after her until the ambulance gets there. Novak kidnaps Kat in the confusion; he is trying to make sure she doesn't testify at the corruption trial and plans to dump her in the dam. Robbo rescues her and Novak tells him that they worked together and his name is Beckett Reid before escaping. Kat withdraws her statement while Robbo keeps quiet about what he heard. Justin gets Sarah to call Caleb, who blames him and seems to get on well with Scarlett when she comes round. Mason takes Beth down the beach where John and Marilyn have prepared a dinner for them.
