Scarlett stops Kat going to see Robbo and she instead reports what she knows to McCarthy and Murray. DNA results show some of the blood on the boat is Robbo's but most belongs to someone else. Scarlett lets slip to Robbo about him being on the boat but he is unable to tell McCarthy anything. It is discovered the boat belonged to Rose. Tori tries to prove to Leah that she is over Ash by going for a drink with a river policeman, Colin. Justin tells Ash about the date and he intrudes on John and Marilyn's dinner to spy on them, then scares Colin off. On finding out about the boat and seeing Kat kissing Robbo, he also tries to warn him off. Kat and Scarlett find a gun on the boat. McCarthy asks Kat about her relationship with Robbo and tells her the gun is Dylan's.—skteosk

Charming river police senior constable Colin O'Sullivan Colin enjoys a first drinks date, suggested by Tori -challenged by Leah to prove herself over Ash- until Justin warns Ash, who spies on them at the Palmers table and as they suggest she might be snatched away can't resist bursting in near-possessive, infuriating Tori as Colin prefers to leave quietly. Robbo isn't told about his apparent link to the blood-sprayed boat as Scarlett, who later vaguely hints to him, convinces Kat to inform only her police colleagues, who get DNA results confirming Robbo's blood was on the boat, which was his ex Rose's.
