This episode promises a lot of thrills. Carter and Andy have gone on a suicide mission with Andy to unleash a virus on the flash drive.

Terrorist Jadalla is one step ahead and knew they would try something like this and made a sharp point to Andy. Carter and Jadalla trading insults at each other was cheesy though, Carter accusing Jadalla of having father-son issues.

CTU have found out what Carter is up to and instead of launching a rescue mission they are going for a surgical strike and take everyone out. It is now up to brother Isaac and his crew to get Carter out. Isaac certainly looks like a mean gang leader in this episode who has had enough of jihadis.

More fun is to see Henry Donovan using his persuasive skills to evade enhanced interrogation, no such luck Henry, he gets the full torture treatment until his son thinks enough is enough. It is disquieting that John Donovan seems to have little idea what his wife's day job was though.

The episode has moved on to a new bad guy, it is no longer Jadalla but a more sinister and shadowy Naseri is revealed. It looks the story has been set up for the next phase.
