Trivia

When Hodiak (David Duchovny) is talking to the apartment superintendent, Mr. Plaza, he mentions that they had to keep sweeping the building, looking for "apparitions in the hallways." This may be a sly reference to Duchovny's long-running role as FBI Agent Fox Mulder on The X-Files, in which he and his partner Dr. Dana Scully investigated the paranormal and extra-terrestrial cases that came to the FBI.
