It rarely happens that I watch a movie then decide to buy the DVD. I did because this is one film filled with so much that I will watch it many times. I like each character for different reasons because they are all unique. I will say that Piper Laurie is splendid- a diamond with luster. She makes Rose real. The story evolves through current issues and throw backs to the 60's. It is seamless. I highly recommend it.
