Kicking butt! Lou looks like a frail old lonely lady, but... you'll see what she can do.

She's a landlady that appears like every other old landlady: mean and morose. You can tell she's been battered by life as she speaks little and barely smiles. Until she finds herself in a situation where her skills and purpose are needed.

It's great to see this lady revelling in her purpose. She's still a mean old lady but her intentions are good. Sure she's made mistakes and is trying to come to terms with them, but as old as she is, she's already accepted the outcomes of life for what it is. It is what it is.
