Brooke Shields took a style tip from her 14-year-old daughter, Rowan, that was a real game changer.
The 52-year-old actress covers the January-February issue of Health magazine, and reveals that she recently started wearing a more scantily-clad swimsuit.
"I always wear bathing suits that cover everything, the bottoms in particular—and my older daughter said, ‘You know what? You cannot wear that bottom. It goes all the way under your butt and [makes it look] so much bigger,'" Shields recalls. "So she finds me a new bathing suit, where that whole little shelf was out, and I was horrified, but my husband said, ‘That bathing suit looks great. Rowan’s right. If you show a little bit more, it’s actually more flattering.’ So, I had to learn from her. She said, ‘Mom, face it, you’ve got a great butt.'"

There’s magic in the air – and we’re not referring to the Christmas spirit.
Via Total Film, Warner Bros. has today summoned an all-new image for Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald, in which Newt Scamander reunites with an old friend.
That ally in question is, of course, Jacob Kowalski (Dan Fogler), a Muggle companion who felt the wrath of Colin Farrell’s Percival Graves towards the end of Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them. But in a cruel twist of fate, because Fogler’s veteran bore witness to MacUsa (Magical Congress of the United States of America) and those beasts that were let loose on New York City, Seraphina Picquery ordered his memory to be erased – otherwise it may have exposed the wizarding world hiding in plain sight.
But for all of the trials and tribulations that Jacob has endured, Dan Fogler’s upstanding citizen is back,...

The first teaser for Ocean's 8 is here, and while it's only 15 seconds, it does a good job at showcasing the star-studded cast and offering some clues as to what to expect when the highly anticipated movie hits theaters on June 8.
It starts with Debbie Ocean (Sandra Bullock) talking to Lou (Cate Blanchett) about her plans to pull off a heist at New York City's annual Met Gala. "Why do you need to do this?" Lou asks. Debbie replies, "Because it's what I'm good at."
The teaser also features fast flashes of Mindy Kaling, Helena Bonham Carter, Sarah Paulson, Rihanna, Anne Hathaway and Awkwafina in character, followed by a huge hint regarding the fate of another major player in the film franchise.
Debbie is seen sipping a martini while sitting in front of a grave that reads "Danny Ocean, 1961-2018," suggesting that George Clooney's character from prior Ocean's movies has died.

Get a look at what Guillermo del Toro's Justice League Dark movie might have looked like.
The Justice League Dark movie has had a long and tortured road, and there's no end in sight. This is a project which would focus on the magical and monstrous corners of the Dceu, featuring characters like Swamp Thing, John Constantine, and others, and it has been in development at Warner Bros for something on the order of five years. For much of that time, Guillermo del Toro was in charge of development, with an eye on directing.
But as with many of Warner Bros' DC superhero movies, nothing has been easy when it comes to Justice League Dark. For one thing, it was once known as Dark Universe, but Universal came along and snatched that name up for their (now apparently dead) shared cinematic universe of action/horror flicks...

In case you didn't know, John Cena doesn't know how to dance. If you had told me that before watching this video, I would've said you're crazy because there's no way a guy who choreographs moves in a convincing fashion for an audience doesn't at least have a few dance floor moves, but I think he's telling the truth. Luckily, Hugh Jackman managed to give John a quick rundown of the most basic of steps before he gets married to his fiance Nicole (Nikki Bella), and it appeared as though John learned something. I'll be honest, it wasn't pretty, but it was entertaining to watch nonetheless.

Philip Seymour Hoffman's partner of over 14 years remembers when she first noticed that something was "brewing" with the actor.
Mimi O’Donnell opens up in a moving essay for Vogue's January issue about first meeting Hoffman at a theater in New York City in 1999 and the beautiful love story that ensued, which included the two parenting three children, Cooper, 14, Tallulah, 11 and Willa, 9. "When I look back at how close we all were, I wonder whether Phil somehow knew that he was going to die young," she reflects. "He never said those words, but he lived his life as if time was precious."
After being sober for well over a decade, O'Donnell says Hoffman was faced with a lot of trials all at once, which led to him returning to drugs and ultimately dying from a heroin overdose in early February 2014 at the age of 46.

"Says you're not from 'round here. Come here to make trouble?" An official trailer has arrived online for an indie drama titled The Girl Who Invented Kissing, starring up-and-coming actress Suki Waterhouse as a "nameless, pill-popping drifter girl" who steps off of a bus and into a neighborhood bar owned by two middle-age brothers. The film hasn't played at many festivals, but seems to have that indie vibe, with some mysterious twists and turns, and emotional stakes that push the plot along. The Girl Who Invented Kissing full cast includes Vincent Piazza, Dash Mihok, Abbie Cornish, Luke Wilson, Corey Large, Johnny Messner, and Michael Buscemi. "Some people are better off not being found." IFC Midnight has debuted the first official trailer for a sci-fi creature feature horror thriller called Devil's Gate. The title comes from the location in the film, a small town in North Dakota named Devil's Gate (which does not really exist). This starts out as your typical small town murder mystery involving various shady characters, but then turns into some crazy alien horror half-way through (the trailer) with some freaky shots. Milo Ventimiglia stars as religious fanatic Jackson Pritchard, along with Amanda Schull, Shawn Ashmore, Bridget Regan, and Jonathan Frakes. That actually seems like a cool cast for a sci-fi horror, and maybe there's some cool twists in this for horror fans to enjoy. If you’ve kept up with the concept art that’s appeared online and that awesome first trailer, you’ll have seen that Thanos has a pretty different look in Avengers: Infinity War. When we previously saw Josh Brolin’s Mad Titan in the likes of Avengers: Age of Ultron and Guardians of the Galaxy, he was sporting his very comic book accurate blue and gold armor and helmet. Infinity War, however, will see a stripped-back version of the powerful purple warlord.
Speaking to IGN during this past summer’s San Diego Comic-Con, the film’s co-director Joe Russo explained the thinking behind removing Thanos’ armour and why the character decides to take on the Avengers in such a “casual” way:
“[Thanos] has a more casual approach in this film, and it’s very philosophical for him. It’s part of his character definition. It’s a spiritual journey for him to collect the Stones,...

Third time's the charm for Hilary Duff!
The Younger star appeared on Tuesday's The Talk and revealed that she has in fact rekindled her romance with Matthew Koma. "It’s going so great,” she mused. “I mean, this is the third time that we’ve dated."
Duff added that she identifies with Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez's on-again, off-again relationship, noting, "Timing is such a big deal!"
Further defending dating Koma for a third time, the 30-year-old actress-singer continued, "I think that you have history and a past with someone and love, and just because it doesn’t work out the first time, the second time, as long as there’s not too much damage done, then, it can always work out again."
Duff and Koma, 30, were romantically linked in January, displaying plenty of Pda in the following months and vacationing together in Costa Rica. Et then learned in April that the two had called it quits a...

I'm honestly surprised that it took this long for someone to do it. Ever since Guardians of the Galaxy 2 was first released I've been dying to share a video with Yondu superimposed into the film only to be disappointed day after day that one was not available. Just when all hope seemed lost, my salvation arrived in the eleventh hour, and it is even more perfect than I imagined.

We already know the most important line of Star Wars: The Last Jedi, but what about the first?
That was a question posed to Rian Johnson, writer and director on Lucasfilm’s imminent sequel, during Saturday’s episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live. Flanked by the entire cast – from Andy Serkis (Supreme Leader Snoke) to Daisy Ridley (Rey) and everyone in between, most of The Last Jedi‘s key players were in attendance – the filmmaker revealed that The Last Jedi begins with the word, “we’re,” but stopped short of revealing the context, let alone which character actually utters the word itself.
Based on previous reports, we’re inclined to believe that either Rey or Luke Skywalker will get the ball rolling in two weeks’ time, considering that The Last Jedi is expected to pick up right where things left off in 2015, which is to say that Johnson’s follow-up kicks off on Ahch-To.

"Aren't you curious? You must be..." Good Deed Entertainment has debuted an official trailer for the indie romantic drama Permission, from director Brian Crano. The film stars Rebecca Hall and Dan Stevens as a couple on the brink of getting engaged. But just before this happens, they both realize they should sleep with other people before, and attempt to get the permission necessary to do this. Obviously this is a movie for adults, and a perfectly quirky Valentine's Day movie, if that's your thing. Also starring Gina Gershon, Francois Arnaud, David Joseph Craig, Morgan Spector, and Jason Sudeikis. This premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival this year, but hasn't had much buzz since then. Check it out below if you're interested. Here's the official trailer (+ poster) for Brian Crano's Permission, direct from YouTube:...

Everyone's favorite weirdo kitsch and camp-loving auteur has released his annual top ten list. Though we really wish he'd make one last movie (A Dirty Shame was a weird thing to end on 13 years ago!) at least he's still with us as a cultural voice. His lists are always so fun to read because they're reliably eclectic with a little bit of every type of movie and usually one thing we've never heard of (this time that's I, Olga Hepnarova... a black and white docudrama about a chainsmoking lesbian in Prague). Topping his 2017 list is Edgar Wright's Baby Driver. He writes:
The best movie of the year is a popcorn thriller, an art film, and a gearhead classic that grossed over $100 million. It deserved to! Watching the star turn of Ansel Elgort was like seeing John Travolta in Saturday Night Fever for the first time.

We all know that The Room already holds the title of the best worst film in modern cinema, but is it possible another masterpiece can be squeezed out of its ridiculousness? Well, we already know that's true as The Disaster Artist is already getting rave reviews, but what about a song made only with lines from the film? Take that and a convincing Prince impersonator and you have a real hit on your hands. Seriously, if you aren't singing "You're tearing me apart, Lisa," at some point today you're crazy because this song is great!

If it's been said 1000 times before, I'll be the 1001st person to say it. King Of The Hill was a supremely underrated show. A lot of that is due to the fact it ran alongside comedy classics like The Simpsons and Family Guy throughout a bulk of its run, and now that it's in repeats I think people are finally seeing the light.
And so, today I bring you this guy performing a drum accompaniment to some of Boomhauer's most intelligible rants. Honestly, I'm not sure if they were intelligible in the actual episodes, or if the rhythmic drumming just makes it easier to understand him! Check it out below. ...

Apparently, Crash Test Dummies also celebrate Christmas, and since they're doomed to a life of pain and service to the auto industry, they really only know one way to celebrate. Ok, jokes aside, when I started this video I expected to see a lot of toys get smashed to smithereens against a wall. What I didn't expect to see, were children in crash test dummy masks singing in another language! This whole thing felt like a fever dream, but I can't say I didn't enjoy it.
