Storyline

Nine year-old Chance Watson is lying, cheating, stealing, and flunking out of school. Then one night, a wonderful, magical sheepdog appears and promises to make his dreams come true, if he can follow "The Rules." Soon, with the help of his talking, sometimes invisible dog, Chance has changed his life and the lives of many of the students at his school. But there are those who are out to stop him and prove his furry friend is not real, just a figment of his imagination. Even Chance begins to wonder: is he crazy?

Low budget, but sends a good message
13 September 2017 | by mayerhofer-23633See all my reviews

The only reason I gave it a five is because I liked the morally right messages that it gives to children. The casting of the main character could be better as the kid looks Hispanic, but neither the parents or grandparents look Hispanic. That or make at least one parent Hispanic. They probably could have used a better sound guy or equipment as it is poor quality. The dialogue can be a bit dry and the delivery cold. This is mainly for children to teach them lessons of life, so adults might find it a bit of a bore. I believe it could have been scored better.
