Jerry Smith: You took my family!
Rick Sanchez: I took your family? Who do you think had more taken away from them when you shot 20 cc of liquid dream-killer into my daughter? She was Rick's daughter, Jerry. She had options! That all ended because she felt sorry for you. You act like prey, but you're a predator! You use pity to lure in your victims! That's how you survive! I survive because I know everything. Weird way to bond
27 August 2017 | by ericstevensonSee all my reviews

While I personally didn't find this to be one of the best episodes, still great to watch. This episode features Jerry deciding to go on an adventure with Rick. They travel to a theme park but someone has been working with Jerry to kill Rick, yet another one of his old enemies. I kind of like how casual they are about going on their adventures. They really do each want to work with each other, albeit reluctantly. There's a zany subplot where Summer wishes she was more beautiful and while using a growth ray to get larger breasts, turns into a giant. I like how Morty is mad that this stuff is happening even without Rick.

The best part is probably when Rick, Jerry and this one alien about to kill Rick end up getting trapped in a wormhole and we get this insane animation sequence. Nowadays, we're used to acid trip dimensions. This one is still wonderfully creative as we see everything go insane and even have the characters learn from their experience! It's funny to see Rick go dumb after being injected so he won't cause any harm. At the end of the day, there isn't that much accomplished but at least they got to have an interesting day out. I think that one scene was a different reference to "Honey, I Blew Up The Baby". ***1/2
