A doctor from Voight's past is under investigation when four of his patients are sent to Chicago Med for an overdose of chemotherapy.

The videotape at the end was clearly not shot in 1988. The TV in the background is a flat screen HDTV, not available then, tuned to a digital cable music channel, a service not available any earlier than the late 1990's. Voight's wife is unwrapping a toy Hummer. The civilian H1 was not marketed until 1992. The box clearly says "Hummer" as opposed to a model military HMMV. See more
