Storyline

The reserved Alice leads a routine life as escort and dodges deeper social contact. But when her ex-boyfriend dies in a car accident, the high built up walls around her are scrapped. Alice gets unexpectedly confronted with her six-year-old son Robin who she left behind years ago. His sudden presence threatens her carefully guarded autonomy and submits irrevocably strongly repressed emotions.

I saw this film at Women Texas Film Festival and I was blown away. One of the most beautiful, nuanced feature films I have ever seen. A work of art.
