Very low budget with annoying slanted camera angles

I understand the low budget part, but can they at least straighten the camera so it is not on a SLANT?? Honestly, I could not get past watching half the movie on a slant...totally annoying and not for me. I had to stop watching several times and then turn My I pad on an angle. I found this movie slower than molasses on a cold morning and then the ending very abrupt and disorienting. Nothing tied together or made sense. The plot really fell apart for me, and the story line just became too bizarre and nonsensical.

Indie ghost predictability

STRANGER'S RELATIVE is a typical indie ghost story, with a lot of different scene set up and some imaginative photography, but very little in the way of plot to make it stand out from a zillion others of a similar nature. The predictable storytelling involves a pretty young woman who returns a room in a house belonging to an African-American woman who turns out to be a witch. Our protagonist is then subsequently pursued by spirits. There are the usual slow-moving attempts at atmosphere alongside the occasional bathtub scare and the like, but it's not very engaging.

Pretty decent indie horror flick.

I enjoy watching indie horror movies. They are charming. Even though this movie don't have the Hollywood budget we are use too, it is still a decent horror flick. The final resolution is pretty cool and original.
