Bill Cipher sings a part of the song "We''ll Meet Again" at the beginning of his meeting with Ford was also used in pivotal scenes of "Dr. Strangelove or: How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb" and "Stranger Things" season 2 episode 6 ("E Pluribus Unum"). Because of it's use over the ending of "Dr. Strangelove," it was used in "Stranger Things" to show mankind's destruction. One could then assume that Bill was singing it for the same reason.
