Beautifully shot chamber drama

I'm a sucker for these type of survivor thrillers, and 12 Feet Deep is a pretty good one about two sisters who find themselves trapped under the plexiglas cover of a large public swimming pool after its closed for a holiday weekend.

The sisterly duo is effective and well-acted and there's enough tension and suspense to last for the entire 85 minute running time. For what was surely a low budget production, the underwater cinematography and musical score are surprisingly evocative.

Worth a look for sure!
