Trivia

Just for an optical frame Nadirsha has spent four hours delaying the shoot of Sasi Kalinga introduction scene in the movie. To depict the aristocratic look of Sasi Kalinga, the director had decided to put a golden color optical frame but they got only a black color frame. Nadirsha insisted for the golden color frame itself as he wanted perfection in every scene of his directorial debut movie. See more »

Alternate Versions

The UK theatrical release was censored in order to obtain a 12A classification (after the uncut version was passed at 15). The distributor chose to remove elements of strong violence throughout the film (in this case: revenge mob violence, use of broken bottles and rocks as weapons; focus on strong impact blows, limb breaks and bloody injury detail - these cuts amounted to 2 minutes and 53 seconds in total). User Reviews

The trio made the film a decent entertainer.
16 October 2015 | by moviez_fanSee all my reviews

The film is enjoyable, mainly in first half and the rest is not that impressive. AAA is about 3 Cochin youngsters whose lifestyle is about roaming here and there and booze themselves and try to impress girls. During first half all the characters appeared managed to make everyone laugh.

Second half proceeds as a serious antisocial issue is in town. Second half gets serious and loses its smooth flow. It had some unwanted twists. The scripting here looked feeble. Several characters did not have continuity.

Now about the performance of the leads. Prithviraj, Indrajith and Jayasurya act in the titular characters. Prithviraj's and Indrajith's roles were impressive. Their comedy timings were awesome. We don't see Prithvi doing a full time comedy role very often and he proves that he is perfect in such roles. Indrajith did the job pretty well as he is very capable of doing comic roles. Jayasurya too did his part well but he was not used well in this movie and moreover he had a supporting actor type role here. Asif Ali with his cameo role makes us smile. Namitha Pramod has got nothing to do in this movie other than some dances. K.P. A. C. Lalitha who acted as Prithviraj's mother did a good job with comedy touch.

The background score was good (by Bijibal) whereas the songs were just average. The lyrics had a parody touch as it was written and composed by the director Nadirshah himself.

The film has many things to laugh and enjoy but overall it is an average flick, weak second half is the only negative thing.
