X Company series 2
6 November 2019 | by alisongauld-10236See all my reviews

This is a brilliant story. However there are some improvements to bring it up to BBC standards that we are used to in UK. In particular the diction is appalling, so although I could finally get the gist of what was going on by the events and body language, I found it the most frustrating programme I have ever watched. If you need a better sound engineer you could use somebody like Simon Bysshe Who worked on Hurt Locker and Peaky Blinders series 2. At the very least sub-titles ought to be added so that viewers can understand at once what is being said. That way far more nuances would be appreciated. I also really liked the clothes and hair styles which were very true of their time. The action was fast paced adding to the excitement and enjoyment of the plot. Thank you but please improve the sound quality and diction.
