When Matt travels to recruit Alejandro, the establishing shot reads 'Bogota, Colombia'; however, the scene clearly takes place in 5 de Mayo street in downtown Mexico City. Besides characteristic buildings, there is a Vittorio Forti (A Mexican gentleman's clothes retailer) billboard, and another one, showing Palacio de Bellas Artes, a prominent cultural center located a few blocks away. Very poor sequel to the original film, muddled, riven by poor acting and non-credible storylines/characters, and little more than a feature length trailer for Sicario 3. Hopefully this will be the 'Ocean's 12' of the series and there will be a decent 3rd film to match the first one.
