This is the time in us we can deduce that all the characters have a good origin and all have their special feature for the show.
Arthur plays as older brother, then, he meets with Vega. After finding out that Dash has gone only to solve a crime disrupts nerves to him and proceeds to scold him. Arthur has actionable intelligence that would be a good replacement for Dash next to Vega. I just occur a great question and if Dash dies?
