Egyptian deputy minister Arkem Sarkis gives the FBI team a lukewarm welcome, given the delicate diplomatic relations. The victims were gay and part of Omar's clandestine network. The cruel murder method fits more killings on Egyptians, but Safar Arabi, who was after the gays, is murdered himself. The team works psychologically works out a more personal alternative.
