Tracer (AKA Truy Sat) could have been a better version of Clash ( 2009) when the whole movie got a good production value behind it and the main character An played by Truong Ngoc Anh shown enough talent and screen presence to be the new kick-ass female fatale of Vietnamese cinema after Veronica Ngo but sadly all that can't fix the movie plot full of holes and the main attraction that make me interested in the movie the action. I can tolerate all the nonsensical of this Internal Affairs-esque storyline if the movie got good action scenes to back up and by looking at the actors I can tell they really know what they're doing but the shaky-ness and bad editing only make things so much worse than it already is.
