Good Story & acting

This episode is inexplicably shown on PBS Masterpiece as "Season 1 Episode 1" and falsely dated as from 2021. I hope more of these are made available in the US. Good police procedural. Not a lot of fluff, which is refreshing. This episode kind of drops you in the midst of the police characters, but their stories are background and not essential, though still interesting. The music industry backdrop to the murder story is one that I think US viewers will find familiar, even though the show is set in Germany. The show is in German, of which I know only a little, but it's pretty easy to follow with subtitles.
