In the initial shootout between the robbers and the police, there were up to six cops all shooting towards the bank using automatic M15 rifles. It went on for several minutes.

During this time, the robbers were standing in the window and only partially covered by some flimsy vertical blinds. Despite this, the robbers hit a few of the cops during the shootout, yet, the police never managed to hit any of the robbers. See more »

Decent action movie - nothing to do with real event
9 June 2018 | by dave-97106See all my reviews

This entertained me. Some of the acting was a bit hammy in parts. Cage and Dwayne Cameron are fine. Some of the others are weak though.

It's supposed to be based on a real event, the North Hollywood shootout in 1997. There's nothing similar between that event and this movie. So forget it. Sit back and enjoy a basic action movie
