After the best few episodes of the first season, The last episode was a let down. This is just an outright disappointment.
WOW what a step down in quality!!
Plot In A Paragraph: Kara (Mellisa Benoist) does her best to support Winn (Jeremy Jordan) when he hears that his father Winslow Schott Sr. breaks out of prison. His father looks for Winn for a reason to become like him. Cat (Calsita Flockhart) offers Lucy Lane (Jenna Dewan Tatum) a job working at CatCo and Alex (Chyler Leigh) asks Hank (David Harewell) to use his powers to find out and uncover Maxwell Lord's (Peter Facinelli) plans.
The idea behind Winn's Dad is a good one, but it's just poorly executed. We get a return to the lame love triangle as Winn tries to kiss Kara, and later declares his love for her, and she in turn is not thrilled that Lucy Lane (James Olsen's) girlfriend has been offered a job.
One of the plus side Hanks character is a lot more interesting now, but Calista Flockharts' Cat Grant is once again sidelined!! And that's a real waste, as she is the best thing in the show.
