Storyline

After having escaped from the arrest, Lucifer tried to clear his name by going after the real killer. Chloe set out to find Lucifer. Having been denied a request to go back to hell, Lucifer teamed up with Amenadiel to find Malcom and send him back to hell. Malcom, on the other hand, had found a perfect weapon to use on the two brothers. Back at the station, Dan made a big sacrifice to save Lucifer. From his brief visit to hell, Lucifer discovered that his greatest fearful enemy had escaped. Written by jmbelardo

Trivia

Lucifer's deadpan, "I got better," in response to Chloe's puzzlement after he admits he really was killed references the witch/newt scene in Monty Python and the Holy Grail. It's also a subversion of the Unexplained Recovery trope: Lucifer is telling the literal truth, but it of course makes no sense to Chloe. See more »

More interesting

This episode was better than most in season 1, however it was nothing special, it was full of cringe and bad acting. The only reason I rated it 7, was because the story was more interesting
