Family Guy: The Quest for Stuff

A Freemium open-ended video game for modern phones and tablets, as well as Windows that mixes collectible game, adventure game, and to a lesser extent, city-building simulation. The Griffin's find out that their show is being cancelled. Peter's archenemy, the yellow man-sized chicken is behind it, so he and Peter get into a brawl. The fight causes massive damage in town and Peter now must fix everything by helping various characters in town. By doing their quests, he gets money and other collectible items used to unlock special characters. Various special events were held to promote the game, including a Star Trek event, where a Star Trek: The Next Generation mission pack was released that lets Peter help the crew of the Enterprise (or more precisely Worf, Riker, and La Forge) get their spaceship, that crashed in Quahaug, in order and he gets to be an honorable member of the crew for that. The game is also partly a city-building simulation, since Peter can build buildings to replace the ones which were destroyed during the fight with the chicken, or just build things on his own whim. Some quests take time to complete, and the player can pay real money to buy certain unique items or speed things up. The game has an isometric view.
