Thorns of tenderness

  • The show isn't bad however some of the lines feel forced when it comes to certain actors or actresses making the show seem awkward in parts.

  • the opening sequence before the show starts is far too long and has nothing to do with the show at all. It is rather annoying to be honest, no offence to the director or their creativity. I almost didn't watch the show due to that opening being so dragged out and honestly pointless.

  • as far as the shooting of the show goes there are some focus issues that should have been edited as the camera goes out of focus in certain spots for no real reason. Also the show itself was filmed on a rather dark filter and should have been edited to make the show seem less dark.

Other than these minor issues the show isn't bad and hopefully the director sees this review and takes the opportunity to fix the small issues so that the show can go from good to great. My suggestion for shows like this is to watch coronation street as it's the longest running show of this style and see how they do things.

Keep working hard to hone your craft and strive for greatness.
