First of all, strange - that there are no reviews.

So i liked this show, as it was not like every other show - there's no extra drama, there's nothing extra, everything is just in right amount. It leaves very much on viewers own perception of things. It leaves viewer thinking of everything.

I watched it in 2020, but i didn't rush things, i was watching an episode a day ... and each episode left me thinking of things in life, Of my own perception of things. There's so many truth in this, and people perception of Trans people, and i hate - that there's many people thinking wrongfully. Trans people are like every other human ...

Watching this show - made me at some points really sad, and at some points happy, both of which made me cry. If you are not made of stone, and have fantasy working ... this is for you.

I've must felt every emotion in there, actors and actresses showed feelings - true one's that can be perceived easily ... Specially all main characters - Paige, Violet and Allie. Haven't seen so truthful feelings in any actors eyes.

This was very close to me, as i have some problems discussed there also...

Only problem i see in this - it's very short, leaves you with wanting more.

HER STORY shows empowered trans and queer women who are dating and going through life's ups and downs - with true REPRESENTATION in the cast and the production team! This webseries is GOLD and a must watch. I binged it all and am only sorry there aren't more episodes.

This show is almost perfect!! The only downside is the lack of money to get it from a web series with 7 min episodes to full fleshed out series on a network or streaming platform. Despite the small episodes, the creators, writers and cast of the show manage to truly capture this story and present it to us with amazing honesty. I could watch 40 min episodes and 5 seasons of this show and I wouldn't be tired of it.

The three leads were all fantastic and absolutely gripping to watch. great storytelling - really draws you in and shines a light on important issues. decent production values, which is pretty impressive for the low budget. nothing to fault production-wise. the one or two male characters seemed thinly drawn or extraneous to the show, there was little to engage the audience with them, which weakened the scenes they were in. overall though this was a fantastic show and well worth a watch - recommend.
